Klant: de natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die handelt in de uitoefening van een beroep of bedrijf en die een Overeenkomst aangaat met Devine Cosmetics
Product(en): het product/de producten zoals aangeboden op de Site.
Overeenkomst: iedere afspraak of overeenkomst tussen Devine Cosmetics en de Klant, van welke overeenkomst de Algemene Voorwaarden integraal onderdeel uitmaken.

1. Algemeen
•Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle producten en diensten die Devine Cosmetics aanbiedt via onze webshop.
•Door een bestelling te plaatsen, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Devine Cosmetics behoudt zich het recht voor om deze voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen, waarbij de meest recente versie altijd van toepassing is.

•We streven ernaar om nauwkeurige en volledige productinformatie te verstrekken, inclusief beschrijvingen, ingrediënten en prijzen. We kunnen echter niet garanderen dat alle informatie vrij is van fouten of omissies.
•Alle prijzen en andere informatie die op de Site en op andere materialen van Devine Cosmetics worden weergegeven, kunnen typografische en/of programmeerfouten bevatten. Devine Cosmetics kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor onjuiste informatie over het product of de prijs op de site.
•Alle producten zijn onderhevig aan beschikbaarheid. Devine Cosmetics behoudt zich het recht voor om producten te wijzigen of stop te zetten zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
3. Bestellingen en betalingen
•Door een bestelling te plaatsen, bevestigt u dat alle verstrekte informatie juist en volledig is.
•Alle prijzen op onze website zijn inclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld.
•Wij accepteren standaard betaalmethoden, waaronder iDEAL, creditcard en PayPal. Volledige betaling is vereist op het moment van aankoop.
•In het geval van prijsfouten of technische problemen, behouden wij ons het recht voor om een bestelling te annuleren, zelfs na bevestiging. In dergelijke gevallen wordt een volledige terugbetaling gedaan.
4. Verzending en levering
•Devine Cosmetics biedt standaard verzending met een levertijd van 3 tot 5 werkdagen binnen Nederland en de EU. Levertijden zijn schattingen en kunnen variëren vanwege externe factoren.
•De verzendkosten worden berekend tijdens het afrekenen op basis van uw locatie en worden duidelijk weergegeven voordat u uw bestelling voltooit.
•Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een bevestigingsmail met trackinggegevens.
•Devine Cosmetics is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen die het gevolg zijn van douane, vervoerders of onvoorziene omstandigheden waar wij geen controle over hebben.
• Eventuele invoerrechten, belastingen of douanekosten voor internationale zendingen zijn voor rekening van de klant.
•Zodra Devine Cosmetics de bestelling van een Klant heeft ontvangen en de acceptatie daarvan heeft bevestigd, zal het de Producten overhandigen aan het transportbedrijf dat door de Klant is gekozen in het bestelproces. Het transportbedrijf zal de Producten vervolgens naar de Klant sturen.
•Devine Cosmetics is bevoegd om bij de uitvoering van haar verplichtingen uit de Overeenkomst derden in te schakelen.
•Indien Devine Cosmetics niet in staat is om de Producten binnen 14 dagen na de bevestiging van de aanvaarding van de bestelling te leveren, zal zij de Klant hiervan op de hoogte stellen. In dat geval kan de Klant besluiten om akkoord te gaan met een nieuwe leverdatum of de Overeenkomst te ontbinden zonder dat dit kosten met zich meebrengt.
•Zodra het Product op het door de Klant opgegeven afleveradres is afgeleverd, gaat het risico, waar het Product betrekking op heeft, volledig over op de Klant.
5. Retourneren en restituties
•Vanwege hygiënische redenen accepteren wij geen retourzendingen van huidverzorgings- en lipverzorgingsproducten. Bekijk de productbeschrijvingen en ingrediënten zorgvuldig voordat u een aankoop doet.
•Devine Cosmetics adviseert de Klant de Producten bij ontvangst te inspecteren en eventuele gebreken binnen vijf werkdagen na levering schriftelijk of per e-mail te melden.
•Als er om welke reden dan ook een terugbetaling plaatsvindt, wordt deze binnen 10 werkdagen verwerkt nadat de retourzending is goedgekeurd en wordt het bedrag teruggestort op de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
6. Aansprakelijkheid
•Devine Cosmetics is niet aansprakelijk voor enige directe of indirecte schade, inclusief allergische reacties of bijwerkingen, die voortkomen uit het gebruik van onze producten. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om de ingrediënten van het product te controleren op mogelijke allergenen.
•Onze aansprakelijkheid voor gebrekkige producten is beperkt tot de aankoopprijs van het betreffende product.
7. Privacy en gegevensbescherming
•Devine Cosmetics hecht waarde aan uw privacy. Persoonlijke gegevens die tijdens het bestelproces worden verzameld, worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het verwerken en leveren van uw bestelling. Wij delen uw gegevens niet met derden zonder uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming.

8. Intellectueel eigendom.
