3. Orders and Payments
•By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
•All prices on our website are listed include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
•We accept standard payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
•In the event of pricing errors or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel an order, even after confirmation. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
•Devine Cosmetics offers standard shipping with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days within the Netherlands and the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
•Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before completing your order.
•Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
•Devine Cosmetics is not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
•Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
•As soon as Devine Cosmetics has received a Client’s order and has confirmed the acceptance thereof, it will handover the Products to the shipping company as chosen by the Client in the ordering process. The shipping company will then send the Products to the Client.
•Devine Cosmetics is authorized to engage any third parties in the fulfilment of its obligations under the Agreement.
•If Devine Cosmetics is unable to deliver the Products within 14 days after the confirmation of acceptance of the order, it will notify the Client accordingly. In such event, the Client can decide to either agree to a new delivery date or to dissolve the Agreement without incurring any costs.
•As soon as the Product has been delivered to the delivery address submitted by the Client, the risk of the Product fully transfers to the Client.
5. Returns and Refunds
•Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare and lipcare products. Please carefully review the product descriptions and ingredients before making a purchase.
•Devine Cosmetics advises the Client to inspect the Products upon receipt and to report any defects within five working days after delivery in writing or by email.
•If for any reason there will be a Refund it will be processed within 10 business days after the return is approved, and will be issued to the original payment method.
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
