Definitions Devine Cosmetics: a company established under Dutch law, based in Almere (The Netherlands) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number: 85646083 which is the owner of the brand Devine Cosmetics

Client: the natural person or corporation acting in the performance of a profession or business who enters into an Agreement with Devine Cosmetics
Product(s): the product(s) as offered on the Site.
Agreement: any arrangement or agreement between Devine Cosmetics and the Client of which the General Terms and Conditions form an integral part.
General Terms and Conditions: the present terms and conditions of Devine Cosmetics.
1. General
•These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Devine Cosmetics through our webshop.
•By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Devine Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with the most recent version always being applicable.
2. Product Information
•We strive to provide accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, ingredients, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.
•All prices and other information displayed on the Site and on other materials originating from Devine Cosmetics could include typographical and/or programming errors. Devine Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for any wrong information about product or price on the site.
•All products are subject to availability. Devine Cosmetics reserves the right to change or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
•By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
•All prices on our website are listed include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
•We accept standard payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
•In the event of pricing errors or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel an order, even after confirmation. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping and Delivery
•Devine Cosmetics offers standard shipping with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days within the Netherlands and the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
•Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before completing your order.
•Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
•Devine Cosmetics is not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
•Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
•As soon as Devine Cosmetics has received a Client’s order and has confirmed the acceptance thereof, it will handover the Products to the shipping company as chosen by the Client in the ordering process. The shipping company will then send the Products to the Client.
•Devine Cosmetics is authorized to engage any third parties in the fulfilment of its obligations under the Agreement.
•If Devine Cosmetics is unable to deliver the Products within 14 days after the confirmation of acceptance of the order, it will notify the Client accordingly. In such event, the Client can decide to either agree to a new delivery date or to dissolve the Agreement without incurring any costs.
•As soon as the Product has been delivered to the delivery address submitted by the Client, the risk of the Product fully transfers to the Client.
5. Returns and Refunds
•Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare and lipcare products. Please carefully review the product descriptions and ingredients before making a purchase.
•Devine Cosmetics advises the Client to inspect the Products upon receipt and to report any defects within five working days after delivery in writing or by email.
•If for any reason there will be a Refund it will be processed within 10 business days after the return is approved, and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Liability
•Devine Cosmetics is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including allergic reactions or side effects, arising from the use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to review product ingredients for potential allergens.
•Our liability concerning defective products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
•Devine Cosmetics values your privacy. Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing and delivering your order. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property.

•These terms and conditions, and any agreements between Devine Cosmetics and its customers, are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
